KnowledgeUp 1.0 : Hygienic Perspective of Slaughtering

"KnowledgeUp 1.0: Hygienic Perspective of Slaughtering-Zoonoses and Disposal of Wastes and Carcasses of Animal Origin" was a Facebook live event organized by IAAS Bangladesh PSTU, held on 8th July 2022. The event aimed to promote hygienic practices during Eid-Ul-Adha. Dr. Bidyut Matubber, a lecturer from Khulna Agricultural University and a former student of PSTU, shared valuable insights about hygienic slaughtering, zoonosis prevention, and responsible waste and carcass disposal. This event empowered participants with knowledge to ensure a clean and safe Eid celebration.
