IAAS Bangladesh Alumni Association (IBAA)

Building Bridges Between Experience and Emerging Leadership

Welcome to IAAS Bangladesh Alumni Association (IBAA)

The IAAS Bangladesh Alumni Association (IBAA) is the official alumni network of former members of the International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS) Bangladesh. Founded in 2024, IBAA was created to build a lifelong community of agriculture-focused youth professionals, strengthen connections among alumni, and support sustainable agricultural development across Bangladesh.

IBAA’s mission is to empower and connect past IAAS Bangladesh members by fostering professional growth, enabling knowledge exchange, and promoting collaboration in the agricultural, environmental, and rural development sectors. The association serves as a platform for alumni to continue contributing to IAAS’s vision—championing innovation, leadership, and transformative change within agrifood systems.

Core Objectives of IBAA:

  • Networking & Community: Create strong bonds among alumni across generations and regions.

  • Professional Growth: Support continuous capacity building through mentorship, workshops, and career opportunities.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate exchange of expertise and experiences in agriculture, climate action, food systems, and related fields.

  • Youth & Sector Empowerment: Engage alumni in initiatives that advance sustainable agriculture, rural development, and youth leadership.

  • Support to IAAS Bangladesh: Strengthen the national IAAS chapter by providing guidance, resources, and institutional memory.

IBAA is a vibrant community where passion for agriculture meets lifelong collaboration—driving impact nationally and beyond.
