Description of the Project: This project was carried out by IAAS Bangladesh, with funding from CABI PlantwisePlus Bangladesh, to promote CABI’s digital tools for agriculture. These tools are designed to enhance farmers’ knowledge and access to agricultural solutions through technology. The initiative sought to engage students and future agricultural professionals by spreading awareness and facilitating access to CABI's knowledge resources. The project operated between November 2023 and mid-February 2024, reaching over 2,000 individuals directly and more than 1,000 students indirectly through various campaigns and events.
Objective of the Project:
Raise awareness about CABI’s agricultural digital tools among students and emerging professionals.
Strengthen youth involvement in sustainable agriculture and knowledge dissemination.
Facilitate campus-based training, promotional events, and outreach initiatives across universities.
Improve access to bioprotection strategies and agro-digital solutions through guided interactions.
